Album Info:I didn't know the proper name for this local train until recently, but it travels over both UP and Tri-Cities RR trackage rights to serve multiple industries in Richland. BNSF gained rights to serve this branch only after taking the TCRR to court. I don't know the whole story, but judging from traffic levels, TCRR still has the lion's share of the traffic from Richland. However, I have enjoyed being able to chase BNSF trains practically in my back yard.
